- One 30-minute follow-up session
- Immediate risk, leverage, and sequencing assessment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Strategic Assessments do not include ongoing representation, negotiation execution, communications with third parties, litigation filings, agency proceedings, or appearance before any court, employer, institution, board, or opposing party.
